Society Permissions & Charges: Society entry/exit charges, lift usage charges (if
applicable) are to be directly paid by you. It is your responsibility to take all prior permissions
from the society.
Third-Party Services: Services like removing/fixing air-conditioners, washing
machines, geysers, electric chimneys, etc., are not covered in our standard
scope/quote. If you require TPM (Tiwari Packers and Movers) to arrange for the same, please let us
know in advance, and we will include it in the quotation.
AC Fixing: If TPM arranges the AC fixing, the material cost (if required) like
drilling, copper wire, extra pipes, gas filling has to be borne by the client directly.
Geysers: We recommend you remove water from the storage geyser prior to the start
of packing.
Gas Cylinders: Please ensure only empty Gas Cylinders are given to
us for transportation.
Plants: Any live plants/pots will be transported at the risk of the client. TPM is
not responsible for any loss or damage of the same.
Valuation: Value of goods for risk management should be declared individually at
the time of packing as per the inventory/packing list. No value mentioned will be assumed as zero
value.
Electronics: Damages inside electronic items are not covered under risk management
unless there is a clear sign of external/physical damage occurred during transit.
Washing Machine: Please provide transit bolts for front-loading washing machines
prior to packing.
Storage/Warehousing: If the house is not ready at the destination and storage is
required at our warehouse, kindly inform us in advance. Extra charges will be applicable.
Packing Materials: The material used for packing will remain the property of Tiwari
Packers and Movers & same will be collected immediately post unpacking. Retaining of cartons (for
later collection) needs to be mutually agreed.
Two Wheelers: Please empty the fuel tank/oil completely to ensure no
spillage/leakage during transit.
Cars: Minimum of 10 litres of fuel should be made available in the car as carriers
are not allowed to ply inside the city limits both at origin & destination.
Notice Period: We require at least 3 days of prior notice for
mobilization of resources.
GST: For personal movement of household goods, GST is not applicable (GST is 0%).
Volume Changes: Should there be any increase or decrease in the volume of your
goods after packing, our rates will be revised accordingly.
